June 24, 2020 RICHMOND,VA SparkJam 2020 announced today the addition of live musical performances that will take place at 4 p.m. this Friday, June 26. The featured artists include Crystal Pistol Records recording artist Saw Black and singer-songwriter Landon Elliott.
In addition to the headline acts, a diverse lineup of Richmond performers will assemble at noon and play live to the SparkJam 2020 audience. Both live shows will be streamed from In Your Ear Studios in Richmond, VA.
SparkJam 2020 is an online benefit event set to begin at 8am this Friday. Tickets can be purchased online for $10 with proceeds going to The Virginia 30 Day Fund. Everyone is welcome and the event can be experienced online by visiting https://sparkjam.gorocketfactory.com
At 12:45 p.m. a panel titled, “Pivoting through Performance: How the live arts community is adjusting to re-opening and beyond” will explore the complications of performing live and how the Virginia live arts community is pulling together as the state re-emerges from lockdown.
